1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

We offer international shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (within USA): 3 to 6 business days

International: 5 to 7 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance)

3. Tracking Orders:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking information through our shipping carrier's website.

4. Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or heavy items. These charges will be noted during checkout.

5. Customs and Import Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. RETURN Policy

1. Eligibility:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return please contact our Customer Service team at ericparker.us@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return in your communication.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected which can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

5. Exchanges:

We don't offer exchanges right now. You can return your item(s) to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
